Five years after leaving the workshop of "cardboard houses", I come back in through the window! Meanwhile, there has been an inclination for pastry, a return to France, and work in audio description. However, I missed painting, my crafts, and the feel of the brush in my hand. For this very reason, my work has seen a departure from the houses of Montreal and the lighthouses of the Maritime Provinces to the buildings of Paris. Yesterday's Paris is ever-present in today's capital, a Paris of both reality and fiction. The use of cardboard still features prominently in my work, but the palette offers far greater possibilities and lends itself to a broader diversity of recycled materials. So many ideas! But first off a lot of hard work is required in order to see things more clearly and to enable a coherent project to be presented.
